Building the website

In the middle of 2014, I was able to build my website. It was like my first baby. My intention was to inform students about the work they have done, what they have missed and how they can get help to complete the assignments.

Parents are involved in this process. In fact, they are the keys to this idea. The need of my website actually came from them. They told me they did not know about the student absences. They were not aware students had incomplete assignments. They even asked me to help them to teach the class contents, so, they could help their kids.

More than 50% of parents have an account here. They receive email notifications that help their kids to be alert by their parents.

After using it for about two years, I have realized that the need of my website is endless. There will always be something to do. I now need my students to submit their assignments online and receive feedback immediately.

I Believe

Hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much I had in my bank, nor what my clothes looked like; but the world may be a little better because I was important in the life of a student...
